RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Seized Moment ensures that all ordered and delivered items meet the consumer standard. To ensure that customers will receive their desired orders, we encourage them to check the final 3D model before checking out. Returns for replacement of defective figurines will be honored by reporting the defects within 15 days upon receipt of the items.
